Thanks to the use of lamb meat and products of animal origin the food is a valuable source of leucine and lysine and two significant amino acids: methionine and cystine, thus there is no need to supplement lack of these amino acids by using cereal products in a dog’s diet. The food is characterized with high content of fatty acids from the n-3 and n-6 groups. Lamb is also a source of vitamin B12, a component important in metabolic terms, and niacin. It is also a source of zinc – a mineral component that plays a significant role in regulating skin functions.
